Aragón is one of Spain´s
autonomies. It is formed by three provinces with 730 municipalities and
1.187.546 i nhabitants in 47.724 km
².
It is in the most developed area of Spain with excellent road, rail and air
comunications with the rest of the country and France.
The Alto Gállego Valley it´s on the north of Spain, Pirynees
Mountains, next to the border with France.
In a few years this region works creating turistic resorts instead of the
traditional farming labours. It has modern installations of alpine skying
and nordic skying, beautiful hotels... The "Ruta del Serrablo"
-- a group of romanic churches which have common characteristics-- has been
conditioned for its visitors. A lot of ways and many adventure and sport
bussiness let all age visitors enyoy the superb nature.
In this region, life revolves around the
mountain and valley, nature and village, tradition and modernity. It is for the
reason that, at any time of the year, you can get and visit to know a well-preserved
natural, artistic and cultural heritage without having to reliquish modern
comforts and the possiibility of practising sport in nature.
