There is a wide network of restaurants, some with a picturesque flavour, to enjoy the regional specialities: "Boliches", a type of round bean (those from Embun are specially famous). Roast lamb or barbacued, lamb chops, cordero a la pastora (shepherdess style lamb), migas a la pastora (based on breadcrumbs), chilindron style chicken, salmorejo style eggs, all types of pork products. Somontano wine is simply delicouos, and it has increased its fame all over the world.
 Bread is still baked in wood log in Santa Cilia and Bailo, famous for its cakes. Jaca has excellent confectionery with its "jaquesas" and "condes". Taste the Russian cake and chestnuts.
Due to the nearby with France, many french cookers (most from Aquitane) have come to the valley and opened French Restaurants ... delicious the canard foie-gras, confit of canard, wine of Jurançon, all types of cheeses...
